More About Me

Welcome to my website!

Raised in Canton, Ohio; home of the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Coming from a football crazy area, I am semi-ashamed to admit I know very little about the sport. However, I will never pass up a good tailgate!

I recently retired from the Boy Scouts of America where I was employed for a total of 32 years in Canton and Columbus, Ohio. I am very proud to have worked for an organization that helps to instill values in our youth.

In my free time, I am an amateur potter. There is great satisfaction in working with clay, even if my pieces come out a little lopsided. I also enjoy a game of Pickle Ball as well as crafting and reading.

I believe in giving back to the community and have been on the Alumni Board of Community College, Board President of a Group Home for Girls, a member of the Junior League of Canton, the Art Museum's Fine Arts Guild, Hospital Women's Board and various fund raising committees.

Since the early 1960's I have visited the Englewood area and am excited with the community and all it has to offer. From their excellent school system to the thriving arts community and of course the beaches, all make our area a great place to live and play.
